Blood: Blood drinkers are the most powerful level of vampire. They can drain your entire supply in a matter of minutes. They can be either living or undead. Typically, older ones are more powerful than younger ones.

Weaknesses: earth witches and up, may be able to tap into the vampires power, and drain him. Removal of the head, is effective, but not always so with the heart. Even if you set one on fire, remove the head for certain destruction.

Energy: Energy drinkers drain your power, your lifeforce. Because the magic tends to protect itself, it makes these vampires less of a threat than blood drinkers. They are strong, however, and not to be dealt with lightly.

Weaknesses: same weaknesses as blood drinkers. Also noted a weakness towards beings of exceptional lightness.

Lamias: Lamias are the weakest of the vampire family. They tend to hunt individually, or in small packs. They rarely kill their prey, unless they are being used as a tool by a stronger vampire. They feed of the energy of sexual release, and have the ability to cause beings in their vacinity to seek that release in order that they may feed.

Weaknesses: easily killed in any conventional manner. As a rule, unless they have brought harm, we simply gate them back to where they belong.

Souleaters: Souleaters are a type of vampire that consume your soul. They must be in physical contact with the victim in order to accomplish this. Their preferred method of contact is sex. The removal of the soul from the victim often does not kill the person. These beings without souls must always be destroyed. There is no way to save them. Efforts in that direction have resulted in devastating results.

Weaknesses: treat them as you would an Energy drinker. However, most souleaters will behave themselves if you alert them to your presence. They enjoy interacting with humans and will only risk consuming a soul if they can do so without discovery.

Notes: Vampires are, by their very nature, faster and stronger. They have heightened senses, sexual stamina, and are quick to heal. Most vampires interact with humans daily. Live in their societies, and will never cause any trouble. It's the ones that go rogue that we're interested in.
